Eating Hanoi

Last time I took a cooking class, I was in Florence, Italy with my mom and it was such an amazing time. Soc when I got to Hanoi and I knew there wasn’t tons of activities, I looked one up and hopped right on it.

This turned out, like always, to be the best decision. I made some friends, I made some food, and made some memories of course! I can officially make spring rolls and Bun Cha! I’m set for your next Vietnamese experience!

What a fun day. I forgot about my phone and camera other than taking photos and that felt amazing.

Okay, first off, morning vibes. I didn’t drink coffee the last two days so I feel all over the place. Slept in and took it easy. Sometimes you just need to.

Lovely.

Quick breakfast.

Muah 🤌🏼

Mango has arrived! That’s chefs name 😉, I swear! First stop, the market to see the ingredients!

Fresh ingredients.

I’ve never seen guava this big 😳

And some random of course…

Trying to set the right mood 😉

And we’re off!

Never seen banana babys, so here we are.

I was suppose to cut stars.

Poof! Viola!

Looking good.

Delicious! Fun, eventful, smiles, tasty! All the things you want in a class. I really enjoyed myself and highly suggest cooking classes in any country because it’s a building activity. It just feels good.

🥰🥰🥰

A little egg coffee and coconut chocolate for dessert.

Me and chef! She’s a cheesy one!

We went to train street to finish the night and sat there an hour and the train apparently never came. The vibe was full though! At least Kayla got her a good photo!

Great day, very satisfied. Off to a new place! See you on the other side!
