Tomb Raider: Angkor Wat pt. II
Starting at 930 in 38 degree C heat really really made this experience a workout. I was chugging fluids like a marathon to keep up with how much I was sweating. Why did you wear black you ask? Because I didn’t want sweat lines in every photo. Yep, exactly, I WAS DRIPPING. And not with swag.
Anyways, the place is majestic though. A holy land, as they all seem to be, to show their faith. Mainly a private place seemingly allowed only for monks and kings. Crazy what humans can put together when they want to. Every piece is hand carved from stone. There are little heads on the perimeter of the moat wall. It took 3 days to chisel one. The moat is 3 miles in total length (5km). The detail and character are uncanny. I get dizzy just thinking about it.
I know, more of me 😁
Did I post the moat already? Good for reference. The place is HUGE.
Time for that Tomb Raider shiiii.
The best shot I could get without a slew of decrepit and smothering tourists. They’re like slugs just drifting over sights, kinda mean, but they really frustrated me here 🤪🤪🤪🤪
😍😍😍
Schtappp it.
The stairs here are insane.
Does this thing come to life in TR? Need to rewatch for reference.
Had your fill yet? If it wasn’t so bloody hot (and expensive), I would come back here everyday for a week.
This young gun actually shot this photo, well done. My edit 😁😁😁
19 and the whole world to offer. Sounds like a good time.
What a way to end!
